Ministry Fair | August 29
Here at Southeastern we exalt Christ and daily are reminded that the Great Commission is an imperative for all us to obey. We refer to every classroom as a Great Commission classroom because the fabric of theological education is held together by the Christian mandate to share the good news of Jesus Christ to the whole world. As often as we repeat these truths, we also do not want them just to be a nice slogan we say but to actually take root in our lives and move us to “GO”. This starts from within our own hearts believing that Jesus wants to seek and save the lost, but also this charge to “GO” is encouraged by being aware of various ministry opportunities that we may not know are available.
The Center for Great Commissions Study will be hosting an event to expose students and the surrounding community to exciting ministry opportunities through the annual Ministry Fair.
Join us in front of Binkley immediately following The Gathering Chapel (Aug. 29) for a FREE lunch and an opportunity to learn how you can get involved in local ministries during your time at Southeastern. The ministries and organizations at this event will have volunteer, internship, and job opportunities available for students who are interested and qualify. Don’t miss out on this great chance to explore your next mission opportunity!
