Annual Bay Leaf Toy Chest | November 14th
SEBTS Families –
We know these are challenging times, but Bay Leaf Baptist Church is committed to serving Southeastern families and we could not let anything prevent the Toy Chest from taking place this year. If you have attended in the past, you will know first-hand just how different the event will be this year. We trust that each family represented will be blessed by the Toy Chest which is offered each year to show our appreciation for the sacrifice that you and your family have made in answering the call to serve our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Drawings and Gifts:
The first 50 students to register will be entered into a drawing for a $250 Walmart Card.
The second 50 students to register will be entered into a drawing for a $150 Walmart Card.
Each child in the family will receive a gift card ($25 minimum).
In addition, students will identify a first, second and third choice for an additional “Family Gift(s)” (appx. $100 value)
Suggested categories:
Ride-ons (bicycles, motorized cars, scooters, Fisher Price cars, wagons, etc.)
Pretend Play (doll houses, kitchens, dolls, activity desks, magnatiles, trucks, cars, nerf guns, etc.)
Educational Toys (talking globe, microscopes, science kits, etc.)
Sports/Outdoors (tents, camping gear, sleeping bags, metal detectors, skateboards, etc.)
Creative Play (Legos, trains, musical instruments, dress-up items, art supplies, karaoke, etc.)
Electronics (Leap pads, learning pads, video games, Bluetooth speakers, cameras, drones, etc.)
Participation Requirements:
Students must be registered for a minimum of 3 credit hours of undergraduate/ graduate/doctoral course work and/or thesis/dissertation research this semester. This will be validated using the Fall Academic Roster.
Students must register under the name of the student enrolled and his/her 9 digit ID number.
Students will provide the names and ages for all children living at home (newborn-18).
Infants must be born before the Toy Chest.
Saturday November 14th Toy Chest
In order to protect the health and safety of everyone, several church locations will be used and students (ONE parent only – no exceptions) will come to Bay Leaf in small groups to pick up their gifts. Masks must be worn and social distancing will be required. Arrival times will be assigned according to the registration number. Students will receive an email with their designated time and church entrance any other pertinent information needed for the day.
Students must bring their SEBTS ID card with them.
