Free Fitness Classes in Ledford
Starting this Thursday evening (April 26) at 7:00 p.m., the Student Life will begin offering fitness classes in the Ledford Multi-Purpose Room. These classes are free of charge and open to SEBTS students, staff, faculty and their dependents. No childcare is provided.
Tuesdays
7-8 AM
- Sweat and Sculpt
- Cardio and strength training class
- Instructor: Beth Ownby
Please bring a mat and handweights if possible.
Thursdays:
7-8 AM
