This Thursday night, October 23rd, Student Life is hosting a Lumber Jack & Jill BBQ Baker Bash. The event takes place in the Ledford Center from 6-8pm. Come wearing your flannel, boots, beards, and braids and enjoy the BBQ Baker food Bar. Don’t forget to enter the Best Beard contest!

Connecting Point

This Monday, October 27th, the Women’s Life office is hosting a Connecting Point event with guest speaker Ashley Allen. Ashley will be discussing ways for women to use their gifts and abilities to serve and glorify God. Please register for this event by October 24th. Free childcare is provided.

Spurgeon Center: EQUIP Workshop – Weddings

The Spurgeon Center is hosting an EQUIP Workshop on Wednesday, October 29th on the topic “Preparing for & Conducting Weddings.” This workshop will offer students an opportunity to gain a practical understanding of how to perform a wedding ceremony. A panel discussion will also take place to answer questions about the theological and practical concerns of wedding ceremonies.
