Wake Forest Baptist Church will present “A Trumpet Loud as Seven Thunders,” a powerful drama centered around the life of Samuel Wait and the birth of the Baptist State Convention, Wake Forest University, Wake Forest Baptist Church, and the town of Wake Forest. Written by Willard Auburn Brown, Jr., a former Wake Forest Baptist Church minister, and Jacqueline R. Evers, this professionally produced play is directed by David Henderson, and sponsored by the Virginia Tull Music & Arts Series of Wake Forest Baptist Church.

All performances are in the beautiful sanctuary of Wake Forest Baptist Church, adjacent to the SEBTS campus on E. South Ave. Nov. 12 and 13, 7:00 PM. Nov. 14, 4:00 PM.
