Carver-Barnes Lecture 

  • Come join us for the Center for Faith & Culture’s Carver-Barnes Lectures entitled “Did Adam and Eve Really Exist? Who They Were and Why you Should Care” featuring guest lecturer Jack Collins, Professor of Old Testament at Covenant Theological Seminary
  • This event takes place Thursday, February 20th at 7:00pm and Friday, February 21st at 10:00am at Wake Forest Baptist Church
  • Both events are free, but please register online at www.centerforfaithandculture.com

Family Life Conference

  • Looking for a great gift for Valentine’s Day? Invest in your relationship with tickets to the Family Life Conference 2014.
  • Join Danny Akin on April 4-5 at Wake Forest Baptist Church for this Family Life training event. Dr. Akin’s heartfelt teaching on marriage, child-rearing and many other topics will leave you refreshed and encouraged.

Pericope Adulterae Symposium

  • Scholars have long disagreed about the originality of John 7:53-8:11, which contains the story of the woman caught in adultery. Traditionally known as the Pericope Adulterae, this text has concerned various textual critics as to whether it should be included in the canon of Scripture.
  • Please join us April 25th & 26th for the Pericope Adulterae Symposiumas leading scholars from around the globe explore these issues.
  • This two day event is $30 per person & $20 for students.

Crossover Baltimore

  • Crossover Baltimore is a great mission opportunity for students and churches to evangelize and minister in the Baltimore area.
  • The main event takes place on Saturday, June 7th, but throughout the week before, hundreds of students from various schools will converge on Baltimore for a five-day class and mission experience.
  • Students can receive 3 hours of credit for free, since the tuition is waived. Your room and board is also cover, and you will receive a meal card to cover your food for the week.
  • Register at the CGCS in the Jacumin-Simpson Missions Center for only $10.
