What is my student ID number?

• All new and returning students receive their student account within 24 hours of acceptance by Admissions. Your Student ID information will be provided in that email, and will begin with “000.”

What is my student account password?

• You will be sent a temporary password (to your Primary Contact Email address) with your welcome email upon your acceptance. To change or reset your password, please view this SEBTS IT help article.

Where can I get my student ID card, and what does it do?

• Please visit the Ledford Student Center front desk to pick up your Student ID Card. This card (or your Student ID number) will grant you access to the Gymnasium, sports and recreation equipment check-out, the Share Shop, Magnolia Kitchen meal swipes, and more.

 How do I set up a dependent ID for my spouse or child?

• Please fill out this form for each spouse or dependent to receive a unique ID number that can be used to access the on-campus gym, Share Shop, and more.

ID123 App

Looking to set up your ID on our digital app? Southeastern Seminary and Judson College at Southeastern partner with ID123 to make accessing your student ID easier than ever. Follow the steps below to connect your student ID to the digital app.

1. Download the ID123 app from Google Play or the App Store, or follow the link if you received an email invitation.
2. Open the app and register your account by logging in with your SEBTS email address.
3. Verify your account using the code sent to your email
4. If no pending invitations are shown in the app, search for Southeastern Baptist Seminary
5. Upload a headshot or other photo
6. Verify your identity, or wait for verification to process in the app. Digital ID cards may take up to 24 to 48 hours to process.
